THE PROCESS
Here’s exactly what happens once you book.
This is how our day-of wedding coordination works. Booking a full wedding weekend? We scale everything up. Bridal showers get a lighter version, and bachelorettes are planned ahead of time without onsite support.
How it works
Sign your agreement and send the retainer. Your date is officially held the moment the retainer comes in.
1
Book your date
Up to six hours of support before the wedding: an onboarding call, a timeline meeting, a processional and inventory meeting, check-ins along the way, and time set aside for your questions. Where your venue requires it, we also collect insurance certificates from your vendors.
2
Plan together
At our handover meeting, we officially take over coordination. We distribute the day-of timeline your vendors work from, do a site visit before the wedding or cover your rehearsal, and give you a direct line for wedding week.
3
Hand it over
A lead coordinator and an assistant are with you for up to 15 hours on the day. You enjoy the moment. We handle the rest.
4
Enjoy your day
On the day, we handle
Running our timeline from first look to last dance
Vendor load-in, deliveries, and making sure rentals land where they belong
Ceremony setup and cueing the processional
Reception flow, from the seating chart to dinner service timing
Transportation schedules and your VIP guests
Checking in on you two all day, bustle included
Good to know
We’re your day-of team, so a few things stay with you:
Design and florals
Finding, booking, and contracting vendors
Budget management and paying vendors
Guest list, RSVPs, and invitations
Catering and bar service
Need something extra? Just ask. Additional services can be added in writing.
